Base: $3.00 per call if duration > 1 min
Bonus: $3.00 per call if duration > 2 min
Bonus: $3.00 per call if duration > 3 min
Bonus: $3.00 per call if duration > 4 min
Bonus: $3.00 per call if duration > 5 min
Bonus: $3.00 per call if duration > 6 min
Bonus: $3.00 per call if duration > 7 min
Bonus: $3.00 per call if duration > 8 min
Bonus: $3.00 per call if duration > 9 min
Bonus: $3.00 per call if duration > 10 min
