You grow up around certain local mainstays and it becomes a treat to work with them. TGM on Pensacola Beach was my parents’ favorite birthday spot when I was a kid, and I’ve thrown down many an oyster there under my own steam since. Good memories shaking hands with a good present in the same place truly is a joy.
