I’m pretty proud of this one!

I built this custom 24” × 48” solid canarywood floating picture frame with walnut miter keys and a subtle chamfered edge, for the youth pastor at my Church. It is finished with a premium hardwax oil called Rubio Monocoat that bonds to the wood fibers for long-lasting protection while preserving a natural, low-sheen look and feel.

Pieces like this are why I love custom work: real materials, intentional details, and a finished product that feels as good as it looks.

Made a custom Shoe Storage Tower that came out super clean. What can I build for you?!

Figured since I make everyone else pretty things out of exotic wood, might as well have fun gluing up scraps and making myself something nice too!

I made this really pretty plant stand recently. Ambrosia maple with red zebra slats. Hope yall like it.

Also, I use Rubio Monocoat as my preferred wood finish because it gives a high-end, natural look and only requires a single coat. It bonds at a molecular level with the wood fibers, which makes it extremely durable without feeling like a thick plastic layer. It’s kid-safe, food-safe, easy to maintain, and it gives that smooth, hand-rubbed appearance clients love.
