This Athearn Genesis Norfolk Southern SD70M-2 got the full treatment, and I'm not talking about a spa day!

I rewired the whole thing from top to bottom because who doesn't love a good challenge, and added a decoder buddy for easy peasy installation.

Then, I replaced all 8 LEDs because the old ones were cramping my style and added a Soundtraxx speaker until the fancy new one shows up.

And because no Norfolk Southern locomotive is complete without looking like it's been through a coal mine, I gave it a light weathering to make it look like it actually does some real work.

Another completed weathering job of the Athearn Genesis C44-9WL for Canadian National! This was my first time doing the faded red paint and I’d say it came out pretty good!

Definitely a rare treat for us here in central Ga!
