Sharing my 45-minute PE class structure! 📚⚽This is how I keep my classes organized and flowing smoothly:• Assigned seating to start - gets everyone settled quickly• 5-10 minute warm-up game to get bodies moving• 5 minutes of stretching• Main activity (the heart of our lesson!)• Wrap up with lineup, discussion, and read-aloudThe key is that predictable routine - kids know what to expect and transitions happen so much faster! The read-aloud at the end is my favorite part - it brings us back to calm and gives us a chance to connect movement to stories.Would love to hear how others structure their PE time!
