THE POWER OF ROSEMARY
Rosemary has potent antioxidants, antiseptic,anti-cancer, anti inflammatory and disinfectant properties

BOOST MEMORY

Did you by inhaling rosemary it can boost ur memory? Adding 2-3 drops of rosemary oil to a diffuser, or handkerchief
You can drink rosemary tea by using 1- 1 1/2 teaspoons of rosemary to a hot cup of water and allow it to steep for 5 mins
STIMULATE BLOOD FLOW

Drink rosemary tea regularly to promote blood circulation. Did you know that if you suffer from cold limbs do to poor circulation you can massage the area with rosemary oil to help promote blood circulation

Fights stress and anxiety
Add a few drops of rosemary oil to a diffuser or vaporizer

ALLEVIATES HEADACHES

Massage the forehead with rosemary oil that’s has been diluted with 1 tablespoons of carrier oil. Sometime just the smell alone will help alleviate headaches.
For headaches associated with colds and nasal congestion. Add a few drops of rosemary oil to a hot bath and inhale the steam

REDUCE INFLAMMATION

Warm 2 tablespoons of olive oil just for a few seconds add 2-3 drops of rosemary oil. Massage the affected area for 5 mins and repeat 2-3x daily for relief. You can also make 1-2 cups of rosemary tea soak a cloth in the tea apply to affected area for 10-15 mins you can repeat a few times a day for muscle soreness
