As I was searching for music to add, I realized how much more enjoyable it was to hear what was happening in real time! I am so proud of the family bond we have here are Rices Brightest! These are OUR kids and it takes a village ❤️📚🌟

So 4.14, is National Kid Alopecia Day. So we had to stand tall for our very own Lai Lai. Lai is bold, inquisitive, persistent, savvy and beautiful! At such a young age, she calls out and embraces her difference. Today, she was presented flowers by a classmate, we watched a video to explain hair loss and discussed what we heard. Last, Lai’s family bought us in special coloring pages. Lai passed them out and we colored together. It as a heartfelt day of recognition. Lai is our Alopecia Warrior 💪🏾❤️
