🚨 Urgent Alert! 🚨
Disturbing news from Baldi Middle School!
This morning, a concerned parent reached out to me with a truly alarming message (check out the attachment). I couldn't just stand by, so I reached out to contacts within the BALDI community for more information. What I discovered left me absolutely furious! A few days after October 7th, a Palestinian flag was displayed (see attachment), and despite numerous complaints from outraged teachers (who have even contacted the union), nothing was done. And now, the social studies/science 6th grade teacher has crossed another line (see attachment).
It's heartbreaking to see our children, at such a vulnerable age, being exposed to hate instead of receiving the education they deserve.
While my own child attends a different school, many of my friends are part of the Baldi community – a diverse tapestry of beliefs, religions, and backgrounds. We've always found unity in our differences. But now, it seems the school is intent on driving us apart.
We can't stand for this. It's time to raise our voices, demand change, and ensure that our schools remain safe havens for learning – not platforms for divisive agendas.
We need to join our efforts in calling for action. Our children, parents, and teachers shouldn't have to fear going to school. Let's remind everyone that education should be about learning, not politics or prejudice.
