We work with our students 1:1 to remove barriers to employment, and provide up to 12 months of support to ensure job retention. Our workforce development institute helps students prepare for interviews and life with a career pathway.

We are excited to introduce our new Program Manager, Christopher Cole. From a young age, Christopher has always been active in his community. He is a passionate leader who cares about providing long-lasting change in the community. He looks forward to impacting the lives of those who seek gainful employment, and need resources and support in Philadelphia.
