So tomorrow is Day 3, Back and Biceps. Please make sure you read the descriptions carefully and reach out if you have any questions, I will take a video of myself doing the move if you are confused.
Some of the back exercises can be confusing and may take some mind to muscle connection to get you feeling it in the correct place! Focus on form on these days, slow and steady wins the race🤞🏻💪🏻
