Had. Collective

We are so excited to welcome Rachel Ayella-Silver to the Had. Collective team. Rachel, who will be working with clients as our Design Strategist is a graduate student entering her final year Drexel University pursuing her M.S. in interior architecture and design. She is an active student member of local International Interior Design Association (IIDA) and NEWH chapters with previous experience in corporate interiors at Meyer Design. As our new hire, she looks forward to engaging with the design community to create spaces that enhance the human experience.

Rachel holds a B.S. in sociology from Tulane University in New Orleans, where she worked for multiple nonprofit organizations while pursuing her undergraduate degree.

She is eager to bring her knowledge and experience working intimately with a diverse range of people to her new position to create human-centered outcomes and solutions.

Originally from Narberth, Pennsylvania, she is excited to further her career in the very city in which she was raised. Welcome to our crew Rachel!
