Congratulations to my buyer and seller!

This home was sold before ever hitting the market. When my buyer came to me, she was very specific in what she wanted and honestly I wasnt positive we’d find it in time. There was nothing for sale that met all her criteria, in her neighborhood of choice, and also was within her budget 😬

So now what...right? Well.. it’s time to hustle baby!! After phone calls, door knocking, reaching out to other realtors and borderline harassing the neighborhood, I managed to find the perfect home that was exactly what she was looking for. It just so happen the homeowner was considering selling and within 2 days we were under contract.

Because the home wasn’t listed yet we had no competition of offers and were able to work out all the terms that benefited both buyer and seller.

There were many obstacles along the way but whenever there is a problem there is also a solution. I’m so happy this worked out for all parties involved and honored to have facilitated it.
