Many of you know how much animals mean to me. This July, I’ll be returning to Sarajevo to volunteer with my friend Milena Malsevic, who has dedicated years of her life to rescuing and caring for street dogs. 🐾❤️

Just look at this falcon chick carved by Alfred Zimmerman of Idar-Oberstein. Every feather has been individually carved, right down to the underside 😳✨

What makes pieces like this so fun to look at is the level of obsession behind them. Smooth feathers, rough feathers, sapphire eyes, gold talons… someone really sat there thinking about every tiny detail 💫

And honestly? The expression on his face completely won me over 😂

💎 This necklace is connected to the largest diamond ever discovered 👀✨

At the last AGTA GemFair Tucson, the Smithsonian brought a piece with a remarkable link to the legendary Cullinan diamond, the historic stone that went on to become part of the British Crown Jewels. 💫

What I find especially compelling is that this necklace isn’t about the diamond itself, but about what happened around it. A moment of history, a significant gift, and a personal story translated into jewelry. ✨

It’s a beautiful reminder that some pieces carry meaning far beyond what you see at first glance.
