All Hands on Science is a program run by Villanova students intended to increase interest and help teach science to students around the 4th Grade level.

SURFACE TENSION ART: In this experiment, the kids got the chance to hone their artistic skills while also learning about the fundamental principles of surface tension. Surface tension is what prevents the paint from sinking. Once the soap is added to the water, surface tension breaks. This causes the painton the water’s surface to disperse, resulting in the interesting designs that can be captured onto the paper.
