Mother’s Day is right around the corner, and this year we are featuring a pretty special dessert. The Paris Brest: A classic French Pastry invented by a Parisian pastry Chef to commemorate a famous bicycle race in 1891. It’s a choux pastry (shaped like a round eclair), meant to resemble a bicycle wheel. In our version, the Paris Brest is filled with our Hungarian chocolate mousse and decorated with roasted hazelnuts and drizzled chocolate. Not to be missed!

Torta Della Nonna - our new favorite 🌹 A traditional Tuscan tart made with a Pasta Frolla crust, filled with Italian pastry cream and then topped with slivered toasted almonds and powered sugar.
It’s one of those special things you rarely find outside of Florence, so we are over the moon to finally have it at the bakery. Perfect for breakfast or dessert, with espresso or wine. Available now on Thursdays and Fridays… and it’s on our Easter Menu!
