We're hiring! W.B. Homes is seeking a Land Development Preconstruction Manager to join our growing team.

This hands-on, technical role is responsible for preparing residential communities for successful site construction. Reporting to the Director of Land Development, this position works closely with outside partners and internal departments to develop site improvement budgets, perform quantity takeoffs, review engineering plans, identify value engineering opportunities, coordinate utility and project startup activities, and ensure each project is ready to transition into construction.
