Just did another pour for our old friends at the Emily Fredricks Foundation. This is a great organization that makes a difference in bicycle and pedestrian safety in Philly and beyond. In addition to influencing laws, they offer scholarships and do great work in honor of Emily. She was an amazing young women who was taken too soon while biking on her way to work as a Pastry Chef in a Philly restaurant. The labels are her original artwork and photos .
