We are excited to welcome Julianne J Peters from Design Success Network & Louis Iannone from Eimer Design as this year’s keynote speakers for our 8th Annual ASIDxIIDAxNEWH Student Career Day!
 
Julianne J Peters, Founder and Lead Instructional Designer at Design Success Network, is a certified interior designer, architect-in-training, and educator based in Philadelphia PA. Julianne is a Past President of the IIDA PA/NJ/DE Chapter and the founder of Design Success Network which provides affordable and accessible NCIDQ exam prep resources. She teaches architecture and design at universities in Philadelphia and works as a freelance designer.

Louis Iannone, Directors of Design at Eimer Design, is a detail-driven designer with over a decade of experience across hospitality, workplace, and aviation. With a background in the service industry, he approaches programming and space planning with a strong understanding of user experience. Louis was named to Boutique Design’s B18 Class in 2024, and helped lead Eimer Design to multiple awards in 2025. He is active in ASID, IIDA, and NEWH, and serves on the Advisory Board for Thomas Jefferson University.
