Last Saturday Stay True had a poetry workshop with Queen Fierce aka Céshia from New Philly Voices. She taught us about acrostic poetry and this is a piece we created as a group. “Never Say You Can't.”
In our discussions, we spoke about the importance of writing as a tool to amplify one's voice and the power of this medium of communication to express our thoughts and feelings with oursevles and others. Thank you so much for joining us and bringing your big energy to our afternoon zoomtown.
