A client recently shared these words with me, and I was deeply humbled. I don’t see myself that way—but I do believe Kuan Yin works through me. And in that session, my client didn’t just feel my presence… they felt Hers.

Kuan Yin entered my life in my late 20s during a time of deep despair, long before I called myself a healer. I was lost, tormented, estranged from the faith of my upbringing, and starving for compassion. One day at Borders bookstore, I searched for anything I could find on compassion—and that’s when I discovered Her.

That moment planted a seed of hope that grew roots in the darkest soil of my being. Over time, I began praying with her name, using prayer beads on the bus, whispering to her at work when I could barely make it through the day. Then in 2012, when I stood at a crossroads—a moment that could’ve ended in self-destruction—she appeared. Not in form, but in presence. She showed me how to hold myself, how to love what hurt, how to choose healing.

I’ve been working with her ever since. With Kuan Yin. With Mother Mary. With Divine Mother. With the Earth herself. With Jesus. With the rivers, the creeks, the great mountains, and the lineages I’ve been trained in.

In every session I offer—whether one-on-one or in circle—these loving presences create a space that is deeply nourishing, soft, and transformative.
