We are reminded that freedom is not only celebrated but shall be proactively protected and uplifted. Take time in educating yourself, and find ways to amplify Black voices, and celebrate Black excellence to create a just world.

In collaboration with Penn MMA, our self-defense class focuses on awareness and effective physical techniques for all skill levels. Leading this class, H. Fabian will teach us the principles of striking, grappling, and more. Hope to see you all there!
