🛒 Ingredients:
🥣 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
🥄 2 ½ tsp baking powder
🧂 ½ tsp salt
🍬 2 ½ tbsp sugar
🥛 1 ¼ cups milk
🥚 1 large egg
🧈 3 tbsp melted butter
🌿 2 tsp vanilla (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions:

🍔 Cheesy Burger Bombs
Juicy, cheesy, and baked to golden perfection — the ultimate easy comfort food!
🧾 Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (like Pillsbury Grands)
Salt & black pepper (to taste)
Optional: garlic powder or onion powder
👨🍳 Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the beef
In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned.
Season with salt, pepper, and optional spices. Drain excess grease.
Prepare the dough
Separate biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a circle.
Fill & seal
Add a spoon of beef + pinch of cheese in the center.
Fold dough over and pinch tightly to seal into a ball.
Bake
Place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.

🍴 Ingredients:
2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
1 cup bacon bits
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup sour cream
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
👩🍳 Instructions:
Add potatoes to the slow cooker.
Sprinkle in bacon bits and ranch seasoning, then stir to coat.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours until tender.
Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and cover until melted.

Easiest peanut butter fudge!
I had all the ingredients on hand so I figured I would give it a try. Excuse the presentation, I really didn’t think it would turn out so good & I didn’t cut it the neatest lol!
2 cups of sugar
1/2 cup of milk
1 cup of peanut butter (I used extra crunchy)
1 tsp of vanilla extract
Boil sugar & milk together for about 3 minutes (sugar needs to be completely dissolved so the texture won’t be gritty). Add peanut butter & vanilla extract & stir until smooth. Pour into 8x8 & let cool.
