How do you relax? 💆🏻

To be honest I’m still working on it myself. I have a constant list of to-dos and a seemingly endless stream of what-ifs...

But I’ve found that I relax easiest if I remember to stay present in the moment. Focus on the even the little that are right there. How warm the sun is, how cool the drink in my hand is, how thankful I am to have made it this far.
