I don’t actually care if I get promoted within a year, but I think it’s just a good goal to set to force me to be more intentional each week in my role.

Also, one thing I forgot to mention was the most important thing during the first 30 to 90 days is developing relationships and building credibility with stakeholders, and making sure I’m making my manager’s job easier. I didn’t highlight that enough in the video.

With all the AI tools we have today. I’m still seeing resumes that aren’t optimized!
