These were fun to create. My sister requested orange blossom macarons for her birthday last week. She wanted raspberry rose jam and orange blossom buttercream for the fillings. The shell were flavored with orange powder and edible Rose petals in them and they were also topped with edible rose petals. I used fresh raspberries and Rose water to make the jam. The buttercream was flavored with orange powder and orange blossom water. Everyone loved them.

My first pumpkin roll. It was a special request from my mom for her birthday. I have some tweaking to do but the flavor was really good. Yes, it's completely gone already lol.
