Sign the petition to Save Historic Willo today! New CBD Expansion legislation will affect over 13 Historic Districts in Phoenix - Join us in our efforts to keep our Historic Districts... HISTORIC!
We support the protection of the Willo Historic District and its unique character per the Willo Conservation Plan. We believe the neighborhood should keep its single-family zoning and not be subdivided to build townhomes, duplexes, tri-plexes, and four-plexes. We support following the City of Phoenix's Historic Preservation guidelines when new buildings, such as ADUs, are constructed in Willo.

Our Story
Second Sunday of February
10am to 4pm
Once a year, the residents of the Willo Historic District put out the "welcome mat" and open their homes to Valley visitors. A variety of homes from Tudor to Spanish Revival to Ranch style homes dating from the 1920's through the 1940's will be on tour. Stroll Willo's tree lined streets from house to house, or jump a trolley that will carry visitors throughout the neighborhood.
One of Phoenix's most beautiful, and oldest historic neighborhoods, Willo is just west of Central Avenue between Thomas and McDowell Roads from 1st to 7th Avenues.
A street fair at the event will offer handcrafted goods, unusual gift ideas, jewelry, antiques, and local artwork. Food vendors will supply a variety of munchies.
Don't miss this fun-filled opportunity to visit architecturally significant, finely decorated homes while supporting Phoenix's largest historic district.
Presale tickets can be purchased online at www.willoPHX.com . Tickets can be purchased the day of the event at the neighborhood park at 3rd Avenue and Holly.
