It’s easy to get swept up in the traumas and dramas of the world. These intense times of transformation can easily distract us from our own unique path. Take a moment to just breathe and come back to yourself. Come into your heart and watch the worry and uncertainty melt away. Acknowledge that you’re safe in this moment and allow the safety to really anchor in. Now find one small thing you can appreciate and hold your awareness there as you breathe. Let yourself marinate in whatever you can appreciate. It might be something as small as the cool, softness of your bedsheets. Stay here as long as you can hold the feeling. You’ve just reset yourself! In this brand new moment, choose where you want to give your attention and energy. Does it uplift and inspire you or does it trigger fear and restriction? Be discerning and choose what expands you over and over again. It’s a practice worth practicing 💓
