In my experience, most service businesses don’t spend as much time creating equally robust inbound strategies to nurture people, as they outbound "to getting new people through the door". 🚪

💥Statistically it is 5x CHEAPER to retain an existing client than it is to find a new one, so you have to take inbound strategies JUST as serious as outbound!
