Rascal ❤ officially Adopted today 😘 He was said to not be dog friendly and wasn't given a real chance not his fault or counties fault as they don't have the man power to do the things s rescue can do. Anyway he just needed time and some work is all. Rascal from Elist to forever home and has a sister dog 😊

Thank you Debby for assessing this guy and showing me he is OK with dogs just a little under socialized.
