Our June 13th 10AM meeting, we will be at the Arizona Attorney General’s Office. The Chief in charge of the investigations section will discuss insurance case preparation to increase likelihood of prosecution by their office and the process of ordering restitution in our insurance cases. I encourage all SIU, Claims Managers and Supervisors to attend. Have your questions ready. This will be our opportunity to have direct communication with the Attorney General’s Office and you can discuss any concerns, questions or specific cases. I look forward to seeing you all there.

I’m excited to announce our May 2nd 2023 Insurance Fraud Conference schedule is finalized and we have everything in order. Please see the attached flyer. This conference will be open to all SIU and CLAIMS associates who want to attend.

The one day conference will start at 8:30AM and end at 3:30PM. We have a variety of topics we will have speakers address with attendees from auto related claims to homeowners claims investigations. We will be providing a light breakfast and lunch during training. There is NO COST to attend. Check www.aasiu.com for further details.
