Today is a milestone for At Ease HQ Foundation.

We received our first donation… and it couldn’t have come from a more meaningful person.

A retired police officer, Dennis Cremins — a man who has been in my life since 2006.

For 19 years, he’s been more than support… he’s been a foundation.

When I was at my lowest…
When I didn’t have direction…
When I needed someone to believe in me…

He showed up.

He gave me something I didn’t even realize at the time…
Room to breathe.

And that changed everything.

Because of him, I’m here today.
Because of him, At Ease HQ exists.
Because of him, I now have the opportunity to give that same support to other veterans and families who need it.

Dennis — you didn’t just help me…
You planted a seed.

And now that seed is growing into something that will impact lives far beyond what we can see.

I will never forget what you did for me.

At Ease HQ is now an officially approved nonprofit.

This mission started from my own experience as a combat veteran struggling after coming home. Like many others, I faced PTSD, isolation, and the feeling that the world just didn’t understand anymore.

That’s why At Ease HQ exists.

Our mission is simple:

• Help veterans understand and navigate their benefits
• Provide mentorship and guidance through programs like VR&E and disability claims
• Build a Zero Judgment Zone where veterans can talk openly about PTSD and transition struggles
• Support spouses and families who are also part of this journey
• Work toward future housing and community programs for veterans

Right now I’m already helping veterans across the country completely free of charge because I believe the support we needed shouldn’t come with a price tag.

This nonprofit approval allows us to grow, apply for grants, and expand the mission to reach even more veterans.
