Had a great class last night at the YMCA..

Had a great class last night at the YMCA... working first form and then line movements. Great training for motor and coordination skills as well as body fitness. Really helps to keen focus and concentration skills. Exercises mental capacity to awareness. Come join us Tuesdays at 6:30 and Thursdays at 7:30. Also we will begin a Self Defense class for Women ...8 week class starting September 4th.. Wednesdays at 6:30 Class fee is $120.00.. 2 hour classes each week...🥵

Our martial arts program also promotes physical and mental well being for children and adults. Our martial arts programs allows students to learn self defense, build confidence, discipline and leadership skills as they can apply in every facet of their lives. Our one on one approach focuses on each student's needs to succeed.
