Mountain Springs is about 12 miles southeast of Gainesville and its a cool little community, full of good people who need some jerky. 🙂

Hey what a morning! It's 10:45 and we are sold out!

Yesterday's beef run is resting in the freezer and waiting to be packaged for sale.

After each run, the dehydrator gets a thorough cleaning. It's clean as a whistle and ready for the next batch.
