Every year I make a citrus Cranberry relish, basically cause I can't stand the nonsense that comes out of that can!! So here is my version. Don't ask for a recipe, cause I dont do recipes, however I will do the best I can.
In a food processor, I take 2 bags of whole fresh cranberries and pulse until finely chopped. You need the zest and juice from 1 orange, 1 lemon, and 1 lime. Roll the citrus to activate the juice before cutting and squeezing. Add sugar(1/4-1/2 cup) and corn syrup(1/4 cup). This is were you have to judge to taste because the cranberries can me more tart and need more sweetness added. The beautiful thing about this relish is you do it on Sunday and let everything marinate. Check the taste on Tuesday to see if more sugar or some honey needs added. On Turkey Day get a final taste and adjust as needed.

It was a yard bird kinda night at the Angry Chef's house. Smoked EVOO rubbed on the wings and then our Rib Rub. Drumsticks had the same EVOO and then the all purpose seasoning and basted with the Apple Butter BBQ Sauce!!
