Heart Rooted in Wellness

I find as I grow older life is too short not to communicate how you feel and what you want and need. People can say no and you can choose to stay or go. Be around people who celebrate you not criticize you. I have found I gravitate towards people who speak their minds in thoughtfulness and love. Be vulnerable. Take a chance. You might just connect with someone in the most meaningful way. Not everyone is going to get you. That’s ok they are for you. The ones who do. Those are the gems worth fighting for.

Fear and obstacles if looked at with the proper perspective can be used to propel you into your purpose. They can push you to keep going, work harder, not allow anything to stop you from accomplishing what God sent you to do. Look fear in the face and say “challenge accepted!” Don’t worry about the obstacles before you, Our God is the God of impossible. He is a Way Maker. His plan and purpose will always have victory. Keep going

What if this is your moment? This is your year that it all happens. What are you going to do about it? Let’s take action! Invest in ourselves in the areas we want to see grow. Plant seeds and the harvest will come.

What story are you telling yourself about who you are and what you can achieve. Change your story. Change your life. Speak life and victory over every area of your life because you are a highly favored child of God. Daughter or son if the one true king. You are loved and chosen for such a time. Now straighten your crown and walk in victory.

The three cords represent two people with Christ in the center. Invite God into every relationship and situation of your life. I want to live in a community that is Christ centered. Where we rely on Him Where we carry one another’s burden. Where we lift one another up. Where we show up and show love. In the Bible it says in Ecclesiastes 4:9-12
9 Two are better off than one, because together they can work more effectively. 10 If one of them falls down, the other can help him up. But if someone is alone and falls, it's just too bad, because there is no one to help him. 11 If it is cold, two can sleep together and stay warm, but how can you keep warm by yourself 12 Two people can resist an attack that would defeat one person alone. A rope made of three cords is hard to break

We seek so many things and others to fill us up Only when we seek God does He truly fill us up and in that overflow of His Love we can truly pour into others. We are created for community. We need one another but we must seek God first before we meet with others. Invite God into the center of everything you do. You will walk differently through this life. Know I my the Creator is always with you. His favor upon you.
