Happy Birthday to my favorite person Stephanie Rouch

She is the kindest, most pure, genuine, most intelligent and gentle spirit whose default setting is a smile and positivity.

Before I met her, life was ok, but incomplete and dark. She brought significant brightness to my world and for that I'm forever grateful.

I was pretty confident that I could accomplish great things a lot on my own, but this is the first time I felt like WE can accomplish anything together.

Hey there to my fitness folks. I'll be coaching mu Duya Wellness bootcamp class on Riverlife's Shore Thing barge for the next three Thursdays. 8:30am-9:30am

It will be a mix of CrossFit, bootcamp and HIIT training. All fitness levels are welcome and all movements are scalable. This is a great way to start your day with movement! It will be all body weight movements!

All you need is yourself, a yoga mat, water, and motivation! The class is free, but you do have to register on the Riverlife website. (see link)

All three classes are going to be music themed!

Week one: Hip Hop Bangers of the 2000's
Week two: Heart Rate Hard Rock Music
Week three: Body Pump Club Music
