The Summer Solstice marks a peak of light, energy, and expansion. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, summer is associated with the Fire Element, the energy of the Heart, inviting us to cultivate joy, connection, vitality, and presence.

This special experience will begin with a gentle, heart-centered yoga practice led by Kate, designed to open the body, calm the mind, and create space for reflection. As you settle into stillness, Melody will offer a seasonal acupuncture treatment to support balance, regulate the nervous system, and help you align with the vibrant energy of summer.

Together, yoga and acupuncture create a powerful opportunity to pause, reconnect, and honor the light within and around you.
