When day 1 doesn't go as planned...

So let me tell you this one thing...
When I started beachbody, I just wanted to be healthier and feel confident in my body , those were my main goals
I had always envied the girls who could rock white jeans in the summer because they looked so cute, but I knew I could never wear them and look good, let alone take a selfie and post it on social media
Until now because of what:
30 minutes of exercises a day
One nutrient dense shake a day
Endless support from friends and family does
It gives you the healthy body you wanted and the confidence to rock those white jeans in the summer

Getting home this evening, I had every excuse following thru my head about not working out, but then one little birdy got through to me

This morning I had my yearly physical and during my conversation with my P*P we talked about these things...
Do you work out...yes 6 times/per week
Do you eat healthy...yes
Do you drink...yes, socially
Do you take any vitamins or supplements....no, I do something better, I drink shakeology
That explains things...
Last year's blood pressure 144/70
Today's blood pressure 118/72

Monday's take me back to college swimming days, not in the sense of swimming 6 miles....but working out twice!
Love when this girl makes a play list that includes push ups and burpees and donkey kick handstands!

Today was a much needed active recovery Monday
Monday's are normally 2 a days with a fun cardio class, but today my body had other plans and for once I actually listened
