October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month when we celebrate survivors and honor those we’ve lost. As you know, my family was personally affected by breast cancer several years ago when my beautiful wife Connie, who has since passed away, was diagnosed and bravely conquered this dreadful disease.

Today is also Grandparents’ Day. Being a grandfather is one of the greatest joys of my life and I cherish the bond we share. I hope you’re able to celebrate the grandparents in your life today and show how much you appreciate them.
