Chicken/summer squash/asparagus/sweet potatoes SUMMER MEAL DONE in under 1 hour of cooking time
Make sure your chicken is juicy not tough
Chef tip: pound it out with a meat mallet
Season with : good mineral salt, garlic & onion powder before you grill 10 min each side on medium to lower heat (make sure your grill grates are clean and HOTTT before starting meat)
Veggies: cut thick foe grilling — season with above spices and just a little to coat —avocado oil or tallow for a richer flavor
Put veggies on hot grill after first chicken flip approx 5 min each side and everything comes off at the same time :-)
