B2B marketing in 2024?
It’s all about balancing quick wins with long-term growth.

Here’s the formula we use to find that sweet spot ↓

1. Interview Your Best Customers

This is THE shortcut for understanding what works, and what doesn't for your business.

Ask questions like:

→ How do you discover new vendors?

→ What type of content do you prefer to consume?

→ Are you receptive to cold emails?

→ Are you receptive to cold calls?

→ What are your 3 biggest considerations when sizing up a new vendor?

This will immediately give you a short list of what channels to focus on and which to avoid.

2. Balance Short & Long Term Tactics

The best B2B marketing strategy should have a mix of tactics.

Short-term tactics can help fill the pipeline immediately.

Long-term tactics can help fill the pipeline for years to come.

Focusing on both ensures you can reach today's and tomorrow's goals.

Examples of long + short-term tactics that tend to sync well would be...

Short Term: Google Search Ads
Long Term: SEO

Short Term: Cold LinkedIn Connections
Long Term: LinkedIn Organic Content Strategy

3. Volume of Strategies

Let's be honest, there will be limitations to what you can do.
