What is Mecka Nutrition Coaching?

We get this question a lot.

Most people assume nutrition coaching means getting a strict meal plan… cutting out everything you enjoy… and being told what you can’t eat.

That’s not what we do.

At Mecka, nutrition coaching is about helping you build habits that actually fit your life.

It starts with a quick 15-minute intro call so we can learn about your goals and walk you through the program. From there, we match you with a coach and start digging into the details — your lifestyle, sleep, activity level, health history, and nutrition habits.

Your first consultation is where we put the pieces together. We review your intake, do an InBody scan, get you set up in the app, and give you clear first steps to start making progress right away.

From there, you’ll meet with your coach every two weeks for the first few months, with virtual check-ins in between. And you can always message your coach when questions come up.

Our philosophy is simple:
We don’t focus on restriction.
We focus on adding the right things so nutrition becomes sustainable.

Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, performance, better health, or support while using GLP-1 medications, we meet you where you are and build from there.

The real goal isn’t just short-term results.

It’s helping you feel confident making nutrition decisions for the rest of your life.
