The Haas ST 35Y is a high-performance, state of the art turning center. It was designed from the ground up to provide setup flexibility, extreme rigidity, and high thermal stability. This 2021 HAAS is a medium footprint, big-bore lathe with a generous work envelope. The addition of Y-axis and 12 live tooling stations allows milling, drilling, and tapping for increased machine capabilities working with a chuck size of 12in, 3,200 RPM, and 40 HP. Plenty of room for swing at 21inches! Made in the USA!
