Autumn

‘Perhaps they are not stars in the sky but openings where our loved ones shine down to let us know they are happy’
It feels like grief is everywhere-from the tragedy in Israel, to the loss of a dear sweet community member to my own papa ….
I don’t know how we can survive these losses but I know they we have to try and do it together ….

I’m not known for my cooking, but, I do like to cook when I’m stressed.
So, and I decided to make dueling lasagnas-(I cheated by adding meat to mine.)
We have family coming over for shifts sitting w my dad, now they will be well fed (we also snuck in spinach)
What is the phrase Italians have about eating when you’re sad?
Or it is Mexican?

becoming naked with glistening truth

she knew the descent
