Lighting Rod Salka out classed on ESPN Golden Boy!

If you followed the Salka Vargas fight on ESPN and listen to cry baby Benard Hopkins you would have thought Vargas had the challenger Rod Salka beat up and KOd at any point.

What Was not said is Rod Salka took Vargas into the mid point of the 10 rounder and out boxed Vargas until his father stopped the fight before the bell to begin round 6.
For the skeptics out there it was a smart Stoppage by the father and should not have continued anymore.
Someone said Rod would retire if he lost and it maybe a good idea as at 35 years old and two bad outcomes in major events . Salka will be known as a top local professional who had a respectful career and entertained us well!

Travis "The Terror" Clark remains undefeated after successfully defending his WV Heavyweight Title this past Saturday night at the Wheeling Island Casino.
