Most homeowners have never worked with a true design-build firm so here’s exactly what working with us looks like every step of the way:

1. Initial call (15-20 min)
No pressure, no pitch. We ask about your property, your goals, your timeline, and your budget range. We tell you honestly whether we’re the right fit.

2. Site consultation
We come to your property. We walk the lot, assess grade and drainage, identify soil conditions, and document everything that will affect the design and the build.

3. Site analysis report
You receive a written summary of what we found — drainage challenges, grade requirements, soil conditions, and what they mean for your project.

4. 3D design phase
We build a dimensioned 3D model of your project. Every element is placed, graded, and reviewed. You see exactly what you’re getting before anything is approved.

5. Design review + revision
We walk through the design together. You ask questions, request changes, and approve the final plan. Nothing moves forward without your sign-off.

6. Material selection
We guide you through paver, stone, and plant selections — with recommendations based on your climate zone, soil conditions, and design aesthetic.

7. Permitting
We handle permit applications where required. We tell you upfront what your municipality requires and what the timeline looks like.

8. Build schedule
You receive a written build schedule before we start. You know who is on-site, when, and what’s happening each phase.

9. Construction
Our crew builds to the engineered plan. Site conditions are monitored throughout. If something changes in the field, you hear about it before we adapt.

10. Final walkthrough
We walk the finished project with you. Every element is reviewed. Your warranty documentation is delivered at completion.

No mystery. No vague timelines. No surprises.

Your backyard looks amazing, but....
does it disappear when the sun goes down?

Most Pittsburgh homeowners spend $80,000+ on their outdoor space only to stop using it after the sun goes down.

Here’s what you’re missing without landscape lighting:

• Dinner outside after work
• Kids playing until bedtime
• Hosting friends on a Friday night
• Actually seeing the space you paid for

Pittsburgh summers are short.

June. July. August (maybe September).

But that’s it.

So, if your backyard goes dark at sunset, you’re losing half of every single one of those nights.

Good lighting isn’t just pretty.

It’s what turns your backyard into a space you actually live in.

→ The right system lights your patio, your walkways, and your landscaping
→ It’s designed to last (not just look good in photos)
→ And it makes your home safer and more valuable

We’re booking outdoor lighting projects now for summer.

Comment LIGHTING below and we’ll show you what’s possible for your space.
