America’s Young Men Are Falling Even Further Behind 09/30/2024

Today's WSJ highlighted a growing concern: Young men are falling behind in today’s economy.
The article outlines how many men in their 20s and early 30s are feeling aimless, struggling to find meaningful careers, and increasingly isolated.

I'm willing to bet you know someone like this - a son, nephew, or friend.
If so, I'd love to get them the help they need, so they can rediscover their purpose and navigate a meaningful career path.

Whether it’s through coaching, career guidance, or personal development, I’m here to help.

If you know someone who needs help, message me "HELP" so we can get them back on track and make sure that no young man feels left behind.

America’s Young Men Are Falling Even Further Behind Men in their 20s and early 30s are much more likely than their female peers to live with their parents, and many say they feel aimless and isolated.

While the rest of us don’t have to worry about that issue, making sure you are strategic about lunch arrangements can be a l...

Yesterday, I asked about people's favorite resilience strategy which could have been getting ahead of your challenges or stressors, dealing with them more effectively in real time or learning the most you can from them after the adversity has passed.
While all are important for an overall resilience approach, by far being prepared through planning, inoculation, or building hardiness is the best approach. You can't always predict when stressful events will occur for everything, but you can for lots of things.

What is your most important resilience strategy---
*How you prepare for your challenges?
*How do deal with them in real time?
*How you learn and bounce forward from those events?

Which one is most important for you and will help you manage your workplace challenges best?
