Second, cardiovascular disease diet, control the mouth is the key

To prevent cardiovascular disease, controlling the intake of fatty acids and dietary cholesterol is the key. Numerous studies have shown that fatty acids and dietary cholesterol are strongly associated with cardiovascular disease, especially coronary heart disease. Among the foods we usually consume, a large amount of saturated fatty acids are found in animal meat (especially fatty meat), poultry, palm oil and dairy products, while foods of animal origin such as meat, offal, skin, brain, cream and egg yolks are the main dietary sources of cholesterol. For these foods, we should consume them in limited amounts. Studies have shown that it is best for the average person not to eat more than one egg yolk per day, and patients with coronary heart disease should reduce their intake of egg yolks even more.

In addition, excessive sodium and potassium intake, excessive alcohol and trans fatty acid intake will also increase the risk of coronary heart disease. So in our daily lives, want to protect cardiovascular, in the daily diet as much as possible do not "heavy taste", low-salt, less oil, less alcohol, less food containing trans fatty acids (such as pastry, margarine cake, phylloxera, etc.), these dietary habits of our cardiovascular can play a protective role.
