There is a lot that goes into designing an outdoor space and every project is unique.

At MTN MOD we strive to accomplish a balance of sophisticated design and function. We aim to make the space beautiful, usable, and fun.

We like to start with what we feel are key components to a great outdoor space, outdoor living, outdoor dining and cooking, outdoor lounging, and outdoor fun.

Most of our designs have:
- swimming pool and or a hot tub
- shade structure/pavilion/pool house
- outdoor kitchen and dining
- sun tanning area
- water features
- fire features
- play areas (grass/turf), trampolines, swings
- sport areas (basketball/pickleball/putting greens)
- outdoor areas to watch movies and play games

We also like to incorporate wellness into our outdoor spaces (saunas/cold plunges/gyms) as we feel those activities compliment each other in a beautiful outdoor space, especially when combined with a swimming pool or hot tub.

Our mission is to give you as many reasons to be outside as possible. We feel quality life is improved exponentially when activities are done in the outdoors.
