Happy Tuesday! This week we are continuing with sorting through photos. Now that you (hopefully) prepared a work space last week, this week we are going to start sorting through all of your printed pictures.

This task might take you a few days, buy it might also take a few weeks. Regardless of how long it takes you, try to set a schedule for going through photos each day or week.

The photo in this post highlights a few reasons why you might get rid of a photo. Others include photos of scenery if you are unsure of the location, or photos that are similar to others you want to keep.

If you come across pictures you want to give to other people, don't get distracted just set them aside in piles to deal with later.

Good luck, and remember to be kind to yourself during this process!

Happy October 🍂 This week we are continuing our work on photos by preparing a space to sort through all of your printed images.

When setting up an area to do this, it is important to ha e good lighting, a comfortable chair, and possibly a table. Keep in mind it might take more than one sitting to go through all your photos, so find a spot that that can be used through out the week.

If you will be giving duplicates to specific people, make sure you have a shoe box or something to sort them into.

Photos hold many memories and it can take sometime to sort through them all. Feel free to go at your own pace, but set a goal for when you will be done.

Share a fun memory that you come across in the comments below!

Is anyone else enjoying the cooler weather this time of year? In our household it means more baking. Speaking of baking, this week we are tackling the food pantry.

This can be a daunting task, but feel free to take it one step at a time. One important thing to look out for is pantry moths. They can hide in a multitude of places, so it is important to learn the signs. You can find a link to learn more about them in the comments.

If you have to toss a lot of expired food, it can be helpful to keep a list of what is in your pantry.

How do you like to organize your pantry? Good luck this week!

Happy Fall! 🍁 🍂 Now that the weather is cooling down some, let's work in the kitchen this week. Specifically we will be going through kitchen gadgets such as whisks, blenders, ice cream makes, spatulas and anything else you find in your drawers and cupboards.

We all have a few items in our kitchen that we purchased with good intention to use, but we just never did. Let's give these things a new life by donating or finding a friend that will use them.

What is one kitchen item you cannot live without? Share in the comments below!

Happy September!! Do you feel like this year is flying by too?!? As we all try to get a few more weekends of grilling in and start to prepare for fall spices, this week we are working on the spice cabinet.

While spices don't typically 'go bad' per say, they do start to loose their potency and flavor over time. Below are a few ways to tell if it is time to use up your old spices or just get new ones.

One thing to consider when buying new spices is how often you will use them. While it may seem cost effective to buy the larger amount, it might not be if you end up throwing I away later.

What are some of your favorite spices to use this time of year? Comment below!
